The hotel offers a stunning view, although the room was not as described and may be below usual American standards. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, with an incredibly beautiful view. However, it was just off reception, which could be inconvenient.
The hotel room was very clean and spacious, and most importantly, had an absolutely amazing view. While the rooms are way behind the rest of Europe and frankly in a time warp, the experience initially was well below expectations.
The hotel is in a nice, quiet area of Ischia above reception. The rooms were old and had some broken elements which might need attention at some time in the future, albeit at a small supplement. The service was pleasant, especially during breakfast and evening meals, though some interactions with staff could be improved. The location couldn't be better for escaping the busy port and shopping area, being between the castle and Porto. Dining options were very limited, primarily from the menu of the day, and the quality was disappointing.
